Question / Help OBS Studio NDI Issues

Hey there! I have the NDI pluggin installed on both my Gaming PC and a Gaming Laptop of mine. I was hoping I'd be able to play on the PC Tower, use NDI to send my gameplay to my Laptop, and stream it from there. I'm having issues getting NDI to work though. I open OBS Studio on both computers - on the Tower, I go under Tools and click NDI Output Settings. I check "Enable NDI Output", give it a name, and click okay. I go over to my laptop, go into Sources, but "NDI Source" is not there (should be between "Media Source" and "Scene"). However, I can go to Tools and open NDI Output Settings, just like my Tower. On the Tower, however, I have the "NDI Source". If I turn on NDI Output on my Laptop, however, it's not listen under "Source Name" for the settings. If NDI Output is enabled on my tower, however, IT shows up under "Source Name" (and I get a video loop, and horrible audio feedback loop if I let that happen). Both my Laptop and Tower are connected to the same Internet, both on Windows 10, and both running the same OBS Studio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
