OBS Studio Module Error

Hi friends. I have a problem in the obs and apparently there is no tutorial on the web on this matter. I got a permanent error message in front of the chat text box and I don't know how to fix it or why. I show screenshot to show the error.

The message error is showing it in Spanish, but it means: Error loading the module.

I have done some tests like opening the file that contains the module information and this is what it looks like.

If anyone can help me with this, please. I don't understand what is causing this error or how to fix it. This is blocking me from any opportunity to use the OBS Studio chat box. If you need more information, do not hesitate to ask for it.

I have found a website where they have recommended me to delete the obs cookies. I have done it and the problem has disappeared. Now I have a bigger problem. I have the obs connected to my twitch account and it says that I am streaming but Twitch does not appear as being live. It transmits absolutely nothing. What's going on? I've been like this for 4 days.
