Question / Help OBS Studio menu missing

I am running OBS Studio 21.1.0-0obsproject1~xenial on Ubuntu 16.04.
I have already ran OBS Studio a lot of times without any problems, but today, when I started OBS, I noticed that the menu was gone. How can I fixed this? I have tried purging it and then reinstalling it. I have also tried deleting the .config/obs-studio folder, but none of these works.

Good day.
I have the same problem after updating the OBS studio.
I had to delete the settings because previously the option was turned on to always be minimized to the tray.
OBS 21.1.0 && Linux 4.13.0-37-generic 16.04.1-Ubuntu.

What are the DE you both are using? Here it is just fine

I got 1 confirmation from Unity. Gnome is fine. Anybody on XFCE or KDE to confirm?

I will submit a fix for Unity and other affected DEs but you will have to either build from source or wait for a next obs release (SooN TM)

ubuntu 16.04 lts Unity same problem
