Question / Help OBS Studio | Major bitrate drop

So i get alot of bitrate loss when trying to stream when i set it to 1000, when setting it to 700 it works fine but blurry stream,

AMD HD 6900M Series,
16GB RAM,
CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz (CPU Speed 2195MHz)
Upspeed 1.18mbps

Trying to use it all your upload will leave nothing for other traffic and result in unstable performance. Keep in mind the video bitrate you set excludes audio bitrate.

thanks for the reply,
is there any way i can stream 720p instead of 420p? mainly stream story based games witch are slow pased,
what bitrate whould you recomend that i use?

Lower fps, 30 fps is too high for 1mbit 720p or any resolution really.

You don't have enough upload rate for a good fps setting. Just have to test what works.

720p30fps works when putting bitrate to 700 in OBS Studio tho... only lags when someone else is using the internet.
