Question / Help OBS studio low frame rate when broadcasting.

When i broadcast a game, the game runs great no frame rate loss, but the stream looks like its running at 10 fps on twitch also on the OBS studio preview. When this happens i have NO dropped frames at all, and the bit rate is running smoothly at 2500.
My set up is CPU- AMD fx8370 GPU- GTX 750 ti Ram- 16gb pny on windows 10

Sorry must have grabbed the wrong one. I think this one has what is needed

Looks like your GPU is maxing out. Enable vsync or some type of frame rate limiter and adjust your in-game settings so GPU usage doesn't hit 100%.
