Question / Help OBS Studio Live Gamer HD

Hi, when i add my LGHD to OBS studio it comes with a black screen. it is currently working on the old obs but when i go live even though my game is running over 80 fps at all times the preview drops to 27 fps??? i am running windows 10.

yes i did that and it still didnt work. i am reinstalling all my capcard drivers now. and will reinstall obs from scratch

brand new instalation of both live gamer hd drivers and obs studio. still shows a black screen.
