Ive been using OBS to stream on Twitch for a couple of months now and im facing this issue suddenly. I have a pretty good rig with i7-7700K and Nvidia GTX 1080. All of a sudden my stream started lagging and had pretty choppy output, both in preview and on stream, when using game capture. However, when i use display capture though, all is fine and i get a quality stream. I tried using Shadowplay and all is fine there as well. Ive uploaded logs for both. First one is game capture and second is display capture. I cant find the reason, so any help is appreciated.

You've submitted both logs in a middle of a stream attempt and both of them are incomplete. Make sure you upload them after you stop streaming next time.

@XtremeGamers:
17:58:18.987: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 6039 (7.2%)
17:58:18.987: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 3231 (3.9%)

Check your internet connection, do some speed tests and maybe contact your ISP, if your OBS upload is not close to your upload bandwidth but still dropping frames.
Also: Turn off Win10 DVR.
Make sure, you stop choking your GPU. OBS needs to have a few percent of GPU power left for rendering the scene. So your game must not use 100% GPU power.
To limit this, just enable a fps limit ingame + graphics setting, that will use less than 95% GPU load at any time.
