Question / Help OBS Studio kept crashing wont pick up Elgato HD60

Had everything perfect then while trying too ad my phone as a webcam it started crashing, and I had too reinstall. Got the program working again now when I try too add my HD60 as a video capture device, it is not in the list. Any ideas been working on this for hours.

Same problem here. We live stream our football games to RTMP and everytime I turn on this ASUS G752 its one issue or another, Im still not sure where Im supposed to pull audio from. the only thing that has ever worked well is capturing mic through one of the cams.
Im old, way before this stuff came out, but determined!
