Bug Report OBS Studio Keeps Crashing when I trade to add my video capture device...

Whenever I try to add a video capture device, OBS Studio crashes. Log attached. Works fine in the old school OBS Software but not in the new one.

I put log here: http://pastebin.com/kGwjceW7 because the is acting a little wonky too and can't seem to verify it was uploaded.
