Question / Help OBS Studio Jumps

My OBS Studio keeps freezing or jumping while recording and not only while recording but when just sitting idle on my second monitor while I play a game. I am not sure how to fix this.

You can see I am able to go all crazy, but suddenly it decides to just freeze for a moment and it annoys me greatly.
