Bug Report OBS Studio Is Using Low CPU And Low Fps

So, I have been using OBS Studio for quite a while, and the problem is that OBS Studio used to run at 30 fps what I set it to, and using a normal amount of CPU but now, it's using 0.5% of my CPU and running at 22.22 fps.

That indicates a GPU problem, not CPU. Make sure your GPU is not being maxed out. Also, if those GPUs are running in SLi, SLi is a nightmare for capture applications, and I would recommend removing one of the cards if you don't absolutely need both.

That log you posted has no actual stream/recording attempt in it.

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
