Question / Help OBS Studio is using DOUBLE the Upload 6mb/s to 12mb/s and this is causing me to drop frames

Sometimes what triggers the 12mb/s "bug (?)" is that OBS randomly starts using 70% of my GPU, but that's not always the case when OBS decides to use 12mb/s.

- When using 6~8mb/s no frames dropped
- When using 12mb/s a lot of frames dropped for about 1m

It starts to use double my upload (originally 6000 bitrate) during stream randomly and lats about a minute.

Never seen this glitch and it looks like it's being cause by OBS and not my ISP.
