Question / Help Obs Studio is not using all of my bandwidth!

For some odd reason Obs isn't using up all of my upload and it's not sending a steady stream to my YouTube channel. I would always use the same settings and hit stream and for some odd reason it just stopped working even with the new NVIDIA graphics cards driver update and the new Obs Studio update.

GPU: GeForce GTX 1080's (SLI)
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K CPU @ 4.20GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Current resolution: 3840 x 2160, 60Hz
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

Really need a logfile uploaded with a streaming/recording attempt (For a few minutes at least) to be able to troubleshoot.

Very nice PC setup you have and WOW! at your download speed, shows just how behind Australia is in terms of roughly best you can get being ~50Mbps...
