Question / Help OBS Studio is not streaming , and I have no clue why

It isnt streaming on twitch for some reason.
It was working yesterday but I tried today and it isnt working so I tried to update OBS and still same issue..
Help Please ASAP!

delete your x264 options: "Opencl = True scenecut=0" these should not be in there.
