Question / Help OBS Studio is Lagging when game is open (The OBS Studio that is lagging)

A few days ago, I can record "Paladins" normally, and then, when I opened the OBS Studio, everything is normal, no lags, and if I open the Paladins, the OBS Studio Freezes, after I close Paladins, the OBS Studio is normal. Then I tried in a few other games, in some games, the OBS Studio Freezes, some are not, please tell me what am I setting wrong. Sorry for bad english
