Question / Help OBS Studio-Input Lag while recording

I've been using OBS for 4 months and I think its an amazing program to record and stream,but there's a thing that concerns me: when I record,it feels like my input lag increases.
I've noticed it in fast-paced action games like Overwatch or Battlefield: my fps while recording are great (I can easily record in 120-240FPS) but I always feel this input lag. I've tried to record at lower settings (720p 30fps instead of 120fps) but it still happens. I'll give you my specs and if you need I'll also link my recording settings

GPU:Asus GTX 780
CPU:Intel Core i5-4690
Screen:Asus VH228 running @ 70hz 720p
Drive I'm recording on: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Bro, same thing happens to me. I have an average of 150-200, sometimes 300 FPS in CS:GO, but an input lag appears when launching / recording with OBS.
