OBS Studio initial set up issue

At the end of the process for setting up OBS I forgot to click outside the screen box and right mouse click to select the option Full Screen to Monitor. Is there anyway to do this directly from the OBS menus without having to go through the Auto Wizard set up? I am simply trying to get my Amazon Firestick to work on my pc?

Right Click your Source in the Source list... Transform - and you can re-arrange as you wish

I can see that a lot can be done using the Transform menu however no matter what I do the OBS menu i.e. Scenes; Sources; Audio Mixer; Scene Transition; and Controls still appears at the foot of the monitor screen and takes up around 1/3 of the screen. I'll read up on some of the guides that you kindly gave me and see if I'm missing something. Thanks for replying.
