Question / Help OBS Studio impossible to start stream without dropped frames

Hello everydobdy.

I have a big problem since many days with OBS and specially when I start streaming.

Instead of launching the stream with ~3500kbps , OBS start with 50 or 200 kbps with a LOT of dropped frames.

My config is OK and I never had this problem before this week.

The important point is "Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 377 (70.9%)"

I've no problem with my internet connection so I don't know why this happen...

Please run this tool and post your results:

Even if you have good internet it does not mean that the data can get through to the Twitch ingest servers correctly. This tool checks the route to the Twitch ingest servers and measures throughput so it will help us explain why you are dropping so many packets

After testing the "Bandwidth tester" there is no pb on each EU servers....

I'm in France and all EU servers were tested with no problems and a good ping.......

I don't know what to do, I always got the problem after testing this morning....

Things i'v done to be sure :
- CCleaner done : no problem on computer
- Malewarebytes done : no problem on computer
- ADWCleaner : no problem on computer
- Testing different OBS version ( fromm 17.0.0 till the last release )
- No problem with my internet connection ( pingtest,etc... )
- Disabled my firewall/antivirus just before laucnhing OBS > same problem
- Changed the bitrate from 3500 to 1000 for testing > always a lot of dropped frames...
