Question / Help OBS Studio ignores selected GPU settings

Hi. I updated my Window 10 machine to newest experimental build (I am user of Windows Insider program) and my OBS started to ignore selected GPU settings. Why?

Here's what I am doing. Knowing that discrete GPU doesn't work with desktop display capture, I'm trying to run it on integrated GPU instead. It worked, until I updated Windows 10 to newest experimental Insider build. No matter if I select it from nVidia Control Panel (as a default GPU) or manually from dropdown menu, it still runs on the discrete GPU instead, ignoring my preset :(

Just in case you wondered, here are my specifications:
Windows 10 build: Home Edition, experimental Insider build 18990.vb_release.190921-1704
CPU: Intel Core i5, 8th gen
Integrated GPU: Intel HD Graphics
Dedicated GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti
RAM: 8 GB DDR4 + 16 GB Intel Optane
HDD: 1 TB

Xbox Gaming Controls enabled, since I need them for playing Xbox compatible games with friends actually.

Quick headsup: I've performed factory reset twice, updated several times to newest Windows Insider build, and OBS still ignores my preffered graphics card settings. I am quite sure it is caused by Windows, because it worked before I entered Insider, but for some reason it only affects OBS, nothing else. Why? Also, can I somehow fix it without disabling Insider? I need those Insider features for future cross-platform development and some reviews, which will also be subject of my future videos, apart from gaming...

Try setting the preferred GPU using Windows settings instead of your video driver.

And how do I do that? It worked perfectly before I updated to Windows Insider, and it still does, except for OBS which for some reason started to completely ignore video driver settings. Where do I seek for Windows settings for preffered graphics card per application?

Okay, so I figured it out. Yeah, it works, thanks :) It is unclear to me however, why it suddenly stopped to obey driver settings and instead listened to Windows settings. I guess I'll never know then...
