*use 64bit version of obs instead of 32*
Encoder: NVENC
Enforce streaming service encoder settings: checked
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 4,500 - 9,000 (its what youtube recommends, I recommend higher if possible)
If you have a slower connection you may need to use x264 and a lower bitrate. But with x264 you won't be able to do 1080p60, you'll have to do 720p60.
