Obs Studio HDMI projector V-sync issue in full screen.

When you open HDMI projector in full screen you will feel dropped frames and vertical synchronization issue but V-sync activates when left click on screen and leave opened menu or if you move your mouse to bring duck menu.

I am also find out Meta is better than OpenGL

Can you find a solution to fix this problem
