Question / Help OBS Studio has no recording or stream on and very choppy game

Wanting to stream CS:GO or Rocket League. I have used NVIDIA's solution at Ultra Quality perfectly fine. I have gigabit internet, but I do not even have the stream on. Using OBS 0.15.4(windows). Currently have Windows 10 anniversary. OBS has never worked well on my computer and I do not know what is interfering and I hope for any help I can get. Let me know what other info I can provide.

Are you using multi-adapter compatibility on your game capture source?

Yes, thank you for the response. I do have multi-adapter compatibility on the game capture source. I am also using dual monitors, not sure if that hurts me somehow

You don't need it for dual monitors on the same video card and it is likely the source of your problems.
