Question / Help OBS Studio has huge streaming delay

Hi all,

I'm experiencing a strange problem since yesterday (19th July), when I'm streaming my stream buffers a lot and after a few minutes the stream starts to have a huge delay, from some minutes to even an hour!!! Also when I press "Stop Streaming" it start to show "Stopping Stream..." until the OBS and Twitch get in sync... :/

I'm experiencing this problem with OBS Studio 0.15.1 and 0.15.2.

A lot of buffering will cause the stream you're watching to get progressively further behind. Refreshing the stream page should catch up again. This is viewer-specific and doesn't mean that the stream is delayed for everyone.

Thanks this explains the buffering to viewers side.

What about the buffering on the streamer's side? The streaming does not stop a few seconds or even a few minutes after I press the "Stop Streaming" button in OBS Studio,
It seems to wait to be in-sync with Twitch server or something like that before stopping.

Next week I'll do some tests with other Twitch servers in EU to compare the difference.
