obs studio frezze problem

I broadcast live 24/7 with m3u8 links via obs vlc program. But sometimes broadcasts stop or freeze. When this happens, the stream remains frozen. Is there a plugin or script here that will automatically restart obs vlc video source? It will always restart every time it stops and my 24/7 broadcast will never stop in this way. please help me.

I encountered freezing durning 24/7 broadcasts recenlty. OBS stopped stream but stream was still "running" in OBS (on for example Twitch was stopped). And if the streamer put a stop to the stream, OBS froze and crashed without any crash dump or crash in main OBS log.
What is terribly strange is that this happens regularly at about 2:50 AM. We couldn't figure out why the OBS would freeze during that hour.
Checked internet. Checked programs. Checked antivirus. Checked windows updates. Checked GPU updates. It is really weird. We still don't know what OBS is reacting to.
