Question / Help OBS Studio Freezing Help

Okay so like when I stream with obs studio it all seems fine and good but then the screen on obs will freeze and I cant do anything but restart obs. Every game I stream and it wont tell me whats wrong. I may be noob.

That doesn't show a recording or streaming attempt. To get a complete log, you must start recording/streaming, wait 30-60 seconds, and then stop recording/streaming before uploading the log.
