OBS Studio freezes every time I quit

Every time I close OBS Studio the same thing happens. I press the x in the top right corenr and nothing happens. I press a second time and the OBS Studio window greys out and it says "(Not responding)" in the window title. I then have to End Task in Task Manager.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled OBS Studio, All of the plugins I use are up to date as far as I can tell

As requested this is a link to the most recent log file. I didn't do anything all I did was open OBS Studio and attempt to close it again
