I've been experiencing lag with obs studio for the first time now. I've always been able to record at 1080p60 with no notable frame drop. Now the frame drop are down by 15. I've tested shadowplay and I never lost any frames the video look smooth and didn't notice any type of lag. I also tested Action alongside for a more accurate test. Action also had almost no notable frame drops. I'm not sure where this problem is coming from. I also went ahead and reinstalled and deleted the files in the %appdata% and also cleaned my PC with CCleaner and upgraded my hardware. At the end I know for a fact I can record 1080p 60 fps videos with no problem. OBS Studio just can't achieve that for some strange reason.

If you can't see it just in case:

Start in simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality, FLV format (there are precisely ZERO good reasons to save directly to mp4) and nvenc encoder.

Alright, what about my multiple audio tracks, I have one for my mic second for communication services such as discord and last game audio.

One more thing. Will I have to convert the flv format to MP4 or does Adobe premiere and Sony Vegas 14 supports it looks.

Something's causing major slowdowns in your video card.

Is gaming mode enabled in windows' settings or disabled?

Well I went ahead and tested it. It worked great I really appreciate your help. This has been going on for more then 3 weeks. Again thank you for your help.
