Bug Report OBS Studio FPS Fluctuating only in OBS.

I've been streaming for quite a few years now, i've recently moved to stream with Nvenc instead of X264 cpu.

The Issue starts when i'm streaming, running at 60 fps, ingame im around 144 fps. but then OBS is starting to have FPS problems, and i mean FPS problems alone, no dropped frames, no slow encoding warning. just that the FPS starts to move down to around 48 and then goes back up and then back down, this is also visible in the stream.

Games that this occurs in is RUST/PUBG/BF1 but doesnt happen in Dirt4/APB, all these games runs fine and above 100fps Ingame.

Settings used in OBS studio

• 900p
• 60fps
• 6000K/bit
• Nvenc codec

PC Setup

• CPU - Intel Core i7-6700K OC 4.7 Ghz
• Motherboard - ASUS Z170-A
• GPU - Asus Geforce GTX 1080
• Cooler - NZXT Kraken X61
• RAM - 32gb DDR4 G.SKILL Ripjaws V 3000mhz

You can bump topics sooner if you don't get a reply after a while.
Anyway, your log does not contain a streaming/recording session.

Thanks, thats odd how the log file doesnt contain a streaming session, perhaps it was cause i did it during a stream, https://gist.github.com/Yalde/6649d83c1c0af2750971bc4f80f20fdc this log file contains 720p video as i thought that might've been the issue, it did become less frequent but still existed.

You can try limiting fps in the game or mayb change the preset in settings -> output to High performance or similar.

it does feel odd that i'll have to limit my fps ingame when i have a 144hz monitor that wont come to use, i was digging alot and found if you Update your Motherboard Chipset drivers it will clear the issue, i havent had a long streaming session after i've updated but will do later today.
