I have a pretty big issue that is bugging me and nothing I seem to do is fixing it. I've tried almost everything. Everything that I know. When I use OBS Studio my ingame FPS drops drastically, to the point where the game is unplayable for me. But through the stream for the viewer it looks perfect. I stream 1920x1080 downscaled to 720 60fps (OBS STUDIO LOGS https://gist.github.com/anonymous/f96c321fe1d91def52867c63c0821efe)
But when I'm using OBS Classic, Everything is perfect. Runs smooth for me in game and everything runs like a dream in game and on stream. I'm even able to stream 1080 60fps with no drops for me in game at all. I'm using the exact same settings on Classic (OBS CLASSIC LOGS https://gist.github.com/anonymous/f96c321fe1d91def52867c63c0821efe) as I am Studio (At least to my knowledge) and classic works so much better. What's the issue if classic works just fine you ask? I just got an Elgato stream deck which doesn't work for Classic sadly.
I just need all the help I could get here, I'm getting extremely discouraged and I've been wanting to make streaming a big part of my life. I have so many investments into streaming and it's getting to be where I don't want to continue.

I have tried reinstalling studio as well. Several times. I have also tried 32bit. Even when I just have Studio open it drops my fps. The drop is usually around 40
