Question / Help OBS Studio FPS drop over time, then crashes

I had made a post yesterday about this issue, but didn't have a good log to reflect it. Basically, my FPS in OBS drop over time until the stream crashes all together. The problems seems different depending on the game I play. DayZ will have good in-game frames, but my OBS FPS will go from 45, slowly down to about 25-30 before the crash. When playing H1, my FPS will stay solid at 45, but my in-game frames will drop to 20 or lower over time. I've noticed that my CPU usage for OBS rises quickly. It will start at 3.5-4%, then get up to 13-15% before crashing. It's been getting worse as time goes on and is preventing me from streaming. PLEASE HELP! I've tried everything and you guys on this forum are my last hope :,(

Update to OBS Studio 0.16.5. This is the Windows 10 AU issue surfacing. There was a workaround introduced in OBS Studio 0.16.3 that received a hotfix in 0.16.5.

I realize this is an old topic and all... but I am having the same issue presently. No matter what I do, my framerate starts out good and then out of nowhere my frames drop to almost nothing.
