My OBS Studio won't open. I've installed new gpu drivers ,and OBS Studio update, and have restarted (multiple times). Oddly my Telegram has stopped opening as well. These were the two programs I was using before leaving my computer idle. They were fully closed out of so I dont know if sleep affected them or not. Log file for the day the problem occurred. No issues during use.
