Question / Help OBS Studio "Failed to Connect to server"

Hello, I am not sure what to do to try and get my OBS studio to connect. I have set it up correctly so far as i know but every time i hit stream i get a 10 second delay with a 0 kb/s mark in the bottom right of the obs screen and then it says failed to connect to server. Ive attached the most current log. Ive been through all of the Bind To IP options I can and none of them work. Any ideas for a novice like me?

major problem on your computer's side.

the issue is on your side. Try and look at your firewall or your anti-virus, those usally are the things that block OBS from connecting to a streaming service!
