Question / Help OBS STUDIO Error "failed to connect to server"

I've been streaming with studio for a while now and I have never got this error before. I have tried resetting my stream key multiple times and change the server I stream to. I stream to twitch and I twitch's servers are all in good status so I know its something on my side. Please Help ASAP. I have already missed one stream already and I do not want to miss another.

I was encoding on my GPU and switched it back to x264 other that that I dont notice anything different.

That doesn't answer my question. Encoder selection is NOT an advanced setting.

Sorry I misunderstood the question under the advanced tab in OBS I have not changed anything.

Set the bind adapter to match one of your IPv4 addresses (usually starts with 192.168)

I have tried LA, San Jose, San Francisco, and Texas as I am located in California. Thank you so much changing the bind adapter worked!
