Bug Report OBS Studio Encoding Overloaded

I've been using OBS Classic for nearly a year to do streams every week. With some random hiccups, it's worked great. A few weeks ago, I decided I wanted to try out OBS Studio. I then tried to get the settings as identical to what I had in OBS Classic (understanding a few settings haven't been implemented yet). I started a stream this past Saturday (5/7/2016) and was recording, and once any sort of gameplay started up, I got an "Encoding Overloaded" error and the stream was skipping frames left and right. I messed around with a few more settings that I saw and re-started the stream. No effect.

After all this, I went and opened back up OBS Classic and added the game as a Game Capture source like it was in OBS Studio. With a bit of a slow beginning, I never got an "Encoding Overloaded" error, and the stream was pretty smooth after switching to OBS Classic. This leads me to believe that however the stream is encoded in OBS Studio, it is not the same as OBS Classic.

System Specs:
Processor: Intel Core i5 4590 (3.30GHz)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Pro4
Memory: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
PSU: Corsair CX500M
GPU: Sapphire Nitro Radeon R9 380X
