Question / Help Obs studio echo

I have donation alerts for when i stream however now for some eason the alert double echos's meaning at the same time it is playing twice -- need help with this --

i do not have the browser in the scene twice it is just playing this way ??

Do you have the browser source in other scenes?
If so make sure that you check "Shutdown when not active".
