This has been happening for quite a while is driving me nuts. The stream would start normall, everything green across the board, and while it'll remain green, the bitrate would drop to 0 kb/s. I've tried every fix that's been available, and they seem to work for sometime, but the problem returns. I just cannot put my finger on where the issue is.
