Question / Help OBS Studio drops to 0 kbs

Hello guys.

My stream usually runs perfectly! But my last streams have fucked up.. At some point my kbs drops down to 0 kbs - then i tried to switch server (tried Germany, Stockholm and Netherlands) - this didnt help either.

My internet however doesnt seem go disapear. The game runs on perfectly, teamspeak works and I can see people writting in the chat.

Recently I changed to 60 fps, can this have an negative effect on this matter?

System specs
CPU: Intel i5-4690K 3.5 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Graphic card: GTX 780
