Hello,
i wanted start to make some videos using OBS Studio but i have problem. Not everytime but mostly on every video i make i can see sometimes FPS drops or Lags(?) i don't really know how to call it. During game everything is alright and only on the videos i can see such drops.

Here is the log for my last use obs:

My specs:
CPU: i7 6700k
Mobo: msi z170a gaming m5
GPU: gtx 970

I've tried to increase/decrease bits but lags/fps drops in video are all the time.

OBS settings:
3H0XP

ioClk

But my Recording Settings are:
Recording format: MP4
Encoder: NVENC H.264

To select encoder i have 3 options: 1. (use stream encoder), 2. NVENC H.264 , 3. x264

I've done what u guys said but nothing helped. I can see some "fps drops" in new video also.

Also with that settings 5 mins video has 4.4GB.

EDIT:
Changed Recording Quality to: High Quality, Medium File Size

https://gist.github.com/6d6a0f55ba5cb105f841575d1af35752

At the end of the video for like 40-50seconds i can see fps drops.

Mmm might it be HDD problem?
Because i used Shadowplay to capture game 1080p 60fps and video was lagged as hell.

Anyone could look at this? Its really important for me and i cannot find any solution to that frames drops on video. Tested probably all settings and still... :/

Cap in-game frame rate to a reasonable value, otherwise you're gonna run into performance issues regardless of encoder.

Disable multi-adapter compatibility in Game Capture.

To be honest, i already disabled multi-adapter compatibility and nothing changed on recorded video. Still there are some drops and sometimes even for 5-10seconds.
In games i have stable 60 fps. I never go upper with fps because of my display screen has 60Hz.

Is it possible that my HDD WD Black 1TB isn't good enough for it?
