Question / Help Obs Studio Dropping to 0 Kbs non stop.

this never happened before and out of know where my obs drops to 0kbs my interner isnt crap i have fiber throughout my building and ive never had issues with my internet company.

my friend is having same issues we have looked into for about a week now, we know alot about our internet and the possibilities of what it could be and havent found anything wrong on our end.

is there some file or some update that screwed with something and wont stop dropping to 0 kbs then back to regular amount of kbs we stream? ill keep trying different settings but i doubt ill get anywhere doing so. please help!

doesnt help at all still doing it i even copied settings from youtube videos still dropping to 0 then back to normal i disabled firewall on avg and still nothing.

There's a big part of your problem. Most of those guides give terrible settings.
