Question / Help OBS STUDIO dropping Frames like qrazy

I have the isssue that when i want capture a game that the fps in obs dropping but the ingame fps are fine

Specs are:
I7 4770k
gtx 980ti
16gb ram
1.monitor 2k
2.monitor fullhd

That log doesnt have a recording session, post a clean log: First restart OBS, then start your recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files >Upload Current Log File.

Your GPU is maxed out so you have lagged frames. Enable vsync from the game or limit the ingame fps.

but every gpu is at max when you play a game i have this issue like a week or so I didn´t had the issue before and im using obs with this setting from the beginning of obs

Only if you let it run without any type of frame rate limiter, which you should be doing unless you want OBS performance to shit the bed like it's doing now.

i enabled vsync but it didn´t work and i limited the framerate but this didn´t work too

What's your monitor's refresh rate? What did you limit the frame rate to?

60 hz and limit to 60 fps or i turned vsync on but the problem beginns int the preview window when im not capturing the fps drops to

Please post an updated log from a stream/record attempt after capping the frame rate.
