OBS Studio Dropping FPS

I've got new Computer and started recording. While recording my OBS Studio sometimes started dropping FPS. My game was smooth but video was dropping to 14FPS.

Details:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 Max-q design
RAM: 16GB

two - look into recent threads on impact of enabling NVidia noise suppression on FPS
