I'll be greatful for any advice. I've spend so much time on it and nothing happens. I tried asking for help on Polish sites but no answer there. Thanks in advance.

Enter OBS, stream CSGO (for example, deathmatch )
Exit OBS
Enter again in OBS and post last log using the guide.

I think you have installed OBS in a directory different from default and this causes the lack of permissions to write log.
Check OBS installation directory permissions.

I've reinstalled obs to the default folder and checked security properties. Every access is "full control".
Still no logs.
I streamed for a moment and still no logs

You are using an old version of OBS Classic
This forum is for OBS Studio
OBS Classic is no longer developed.
You should consider migrate to OBS Studio

That´s why you didn´t find the logs.

If you change to OBS Studio, in my profile you can find my NVENC settings and try.

Your cpu is pretty weak and your GPU supports nvenc.
Go under settings output advanced settings.
Select nvenc h.264 under encoder.

Check my profile and try those NVENC settings in OBS Studio.

I don´t know how to solve the issue of OBS Studio not writing logs. :(
