I stream a lot of different games pretty regularly, and none of them take a framerate hit when being livestreamed other than when I stream H1Z1: KotK.
When playing the game normally without OBS open, I get anywhere between 90-140 frames per second in-game depending on how much is being rendered on-screen at the time. When playing the game with OBS running and live, the game does not go above 60 except in rare instances when I'm inside an isolated building devoid of any heavy rendering in-game. It makes the game near unplayable for me when I'm so used to playing around 120 fps on a 120hz monitor, and basically means I cannot stream the game. I've tried changing which encoder I use, lowering the bitrate/framerate, but none of these things have even made a marginal improvement.
Here's my log file.
