Question / Help OBS Studio Crashing

The crash happens when I first open OBS Studio, when I go into Studio Mode, or randomly while I am streaming.

Try uninstalling the logitech lcd plugin.

I am having a similar issue. Here is the latest crash log:

Sean, your issue is not similar.

It is similar (Adjective: Resembling without being identical) in that OBS keeps crashing randomly. Sometimes as soon as it launches, sometimes in the middle of a stream and sometimes not until I go to close it. This just started yesterday even though I have been using OBS Studio 0.15.4, without issues until now, since it was released.

And yet his issue is blatant in the crashlogs, happened EVERY launch, and was caused by a plugin, solved by removing the plugin.
Your issue is likely internet security software related, and not a "similar crash" in the way that you think it is.

I just noticed that both Windows Firewall and AVG were running in tandem. I remember that this can occasionally cause....issues that are unpredictable in nature. I will try disabling Windows Firewall and see if that helps resolve the problem. Thank you for the insight, @Harold.
