Bug Report OBS Studio crashing/encoding issues

I used to be able to stream at 60 FPS and now OBS keeps dropping frames and having encoding problems. It's not my internet or video card because I was able to do it with no problem before. I'm not sure what's going on with OBS. I've done complete reinstalls of OBS and re-imported my profiles using zip files.

Could it be the profiles and old scenes causing the problem? I'd rather not redo all of them from scratch. Tonight, just recently, OBS is no longer able to stay up for longer than 15-30 seconds for whatever reason. This is not the only time this has happened to me. It's done this before and I had to reinstall. Do I need to update Windows 10? Does it work with the Anniversary update now? I could use some assistance.

My Logs during the crashes:

all of your logs have little to no frame drops, and seem fine.

As for the crashing upload a crash log.

Try backing up your profiles and scenes then reinstall and see if it works. Then you can test if it is your scenes and profiles.

That's the thing, I just checked and there's no crash log. OBS just freezes up completely, no crash message, and all I can do is hit stop streaming. It hangs on "Stopping Stream" and does nothing else.
