So my video card is unsupported?

It looks like.
OBS requires DirectX 11 (sometimes called 10.1) hardware support and/or OpenGL 3.2 hardware support in the video card AND its drivers in order to function. Right now, instead of giving an error that says that your video card may be unsupported, it gives a crash in some cases.
