Question / Help OBS Studio crashes

For the past few days OBS Studio has started to crash on me while stream. Normally happens two times in a 3 hour ish stream.

After it started to crash I made sure to update to the latest version sadly that didn't fix it.

I have attached a crash log.
Please advice and let me know if there is anything else you need as well.
(not sure if I selected correct prefix)

It is using x264, CPU usage preset is veryfast. PC has been stable having using this setup I think since Dec ish or so. Though I think since this started happening I have been using the discord web app and added a new scene and one of the sources was new which was a .mov . I never could hear the audio from the mov but viewers on the stream could. This crashing started around the end of March which was around the same time I added that scene with .mov which is an intro but I currently removed it as I crashed again last night. We shall see if that helps.
