Question / Help OBS Studio crashes with Twitch Alerts

I have had an issue with my OBS studio crashing lately and have found that my browser source for stream labels keeps crashing OBS. The alerts will also freeze on screen, and be heard even when I am not on that scene with the alerts. I have uninstalled obs and reinstalled. Tried only having subs, host, and follow on the url. Disconnected Game wisp, and I tried adding exceptions to my anti-virus, and even turning it off entirely. I have other browser sources running and my obs wont crash but if I add twitch alerts back in it will. I can not come up with a solution

I think it must be something to do with twitchalerts turning into streamlabs. Ever since the switch I have not had my obs crash like you have, but ( even though I have updated to the new links in the browser source ) the alerts just won't work. For some reason they work in obs classic, but not obs studio. Weird huh? Anyways hope we both get our problem fixed. <3

Yeah it is frustrating so I hope it does get fixed. Glad someone else is having the same issue at least. I might have to use something else though I guess as no one seems to have any answers.

If OBS Studio is actually crashing, please also post your crash logs. They are located in %AppData%\obs-studio\crashes.

Now that I look more closely at it, this looks kind of similar to this thread. Does the crash always happen when you switch to the scene containing your Media Source for your "#STTG Ghost Loading.mp4" file, and only while streaming?
