Question / Help OBS Studio Crashes Windows 10 PC

Every time I stream with obs studio it will go to 0kb/s (at a random time, could be 30 minutes or 4 hours into the stream) and then my pc will crash and get the blue crash screen (it says "USB Bug Code). Checked all of my drivers and the seem to be fine. I have no clue what to do next. But here's the most recent log. Thanks

ive updated all my drivers and reinstalled all of my devices and nothing has helped

My OBS crashes my computer when I unplug my webcam, is i've added a source for it.
