Bug Report OBS Studio crashes when trying to add a video capture device

When I select 'Add video capture device' (sources) OBS Studio crashes . When I open it again, there is a video capture device added, but when I click properties it crashes again. Is this a bug?

All the information that is missing from what you posted is actually critical for troubleshooting.
